Hi everyone,
I'm trying to make some changes so I can feel healthier. What do you think I should do to improve my health?
I have joined a gym, but I don't know how to work any of the machines!
I would appreciate any advice!

Good afternoon Mr Winn I would like to give you some advices about how to become healthy and improving at the gym when you are getting to know what to do you get there.. normally you should be drinking protein and eating about 3 to 5 meals a day and be at the gym 1 to 2 times a day. The negative things are eating fast food these will make you fat. Eat health If you are forcing to get big these are the things you should be doing and it will help you improve a lot. In the gym you have options its all depends on you what you want to build and to look better in shape. If you are way to fat you should be doing cardio later on if you lost weight then you can have a coach next to to you and you can train. you will need to train hard and eat well you will need to go Monday to Friday for 2 to 3 hours everyday. If you want to come strong lift heavy weights the more you lift heavy weights the bigger you will get and stronger. before you get in the gym drink protein powder then when you at the gym inside have some snack then you train 2 to 3 hours at the gym always drink a lot of water when you working out. After the workout go home take a shower make yourself food go to sleep the more you sleep the bigger you gone get. You will need to focus on yourself a lot everyday to be careful what your eating and drinking.
